What You'll Be Doing (and Crushing):

Sales Hustle:

Making outbound calls, following up with leads, and turning inquiries into happy customers.

Vehicle Matchmaking:

Guiding customers to their perfect ride and financing solution.

Relationship Building:

Creating trust and ensuring our customers keep coming back.

Goal Smashing:

Crushing your targets and racking up those bonuses.

Organization Wizardry:

Keeping the database clean, leads managed, and appointments on point.

Marketing & Media:

(Optional) Use your social media expertise to create buzz and attract customers.

What We're Looking For:

Social Media Savvy:

If you can create hype online, that's a HUGE asset.

Media & Public Speaking Confidence:

Advertising/Marketing Experience:

Customer Service Rockstar:

2+ years of experience preferred.

$50,000-$120,000/year (includes base pay, commission, and bonuses).
