We are a well-established luxury used car dealership located in North York, proudly serving the GTA for over 20 years with an inventory of 200+ vehicles. We're currently expanding our Lead Team and are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals who can generate and manage their own leads, close deals, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Generate your own sales leads through networking, digital outreach, referrals, and social media
Maintain a strong lead pipeline and follow up consistently
Build rapport with customers and understand their automotive needs
Book appointments and assist in closing deals alongside sales consultants
Accurately track leads and progress using CRM tools (DealerSocket or equivalent)
Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
Stay informed on vehicle inventory and promotions
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales or lead generation experience (automotive preferred but not mandatory)
OMVIC License - Mandatory
Valid Ontario G Driver's License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Dealertrack, Excel, Word, etc.)
High energy, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
