RightRide Calgary South is looking for a Used Car Sales Associate! As part of the elite sales team, you will use your knowledge of the sales framework and your customer service expertise to successfully match valued customers with pre-owned vehicles. Your day-to-day:

• Listen to the clients to help meet their needs
• Be empathetic to the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, wants, and concerns
• Be patient and guide clients through a thorough buying process supported by the established sales framework
• Meet sales goals and objectives focusing by on our 40/40/40 model. That\xe2\x80\x99s 40 calls, 40 texts, and 40 messages online a day to get the word out, and invite new and existing clients in
• Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating the vehicles features and conducting a test drive
• Complete vehicle quotes and explain financing and warranty options for pre-owned vehicles
• Transfer ownership of a vehicle utilizing an established delivery process which ensures the client understands the vehicles operating features and warranty
• Develop and maintain relationships with our valued clients to further promote the dealership\xe2\x80\x99s brand within the market
• Manage the customer service experience by following up with clients to obtain feedback and request referrals
• Create an exceptional client experience
• Available to work Saturdays and extended hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you need:

• Sales and/or customer service experience is an asset, but we\xe2\x80\x99re here to build new careers, so not necessary!
• Committed to on-going professional development
• Results driven attitude
• Amazing customer service skills resulting in complete customer satisfaction
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Knowledge of CDK, VIN, and Dealertrack considered and asset.
• AMVIC Certification
