Description

Coordinate appointments, confirm bookings, and handle cancellations using EMR tools (e.g., WebPT, Prompt) Answer calls, return messages, and follow up with patients, attorneys, and insurance companies Assist in follow-ups with lawyers, process prior authorizations, and manage relevant paperwork Conduct reminder calls, reschedule visits, and provide documentation or support as needed Update and maintain patient records accurately using clinic EMR systems Manage administrative tasks remotely and communicate with clinic staff effectively to ensure smooth operations Verify insurance benefits, collect necessary patient information, and enter CPT codes

Hard Requirements:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) Prior experience working in a healthcare or physical therapy setting Familiarity with EMR systems such as WebPT, Prompt, or similar platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Quiet, professional home office setup with a reliable internet connection Available to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization processes is a plus but not required Background working with law firms or handling medical-legal documentation is a plus but not required Familiarity with U.S. healthcare procedures, insurance providers, and CPT codes is a plus but not required

40 Hours/Week Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Eastern Standard Time

Offer and Benefits:

$5-$6USD/hour HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
