Schedule new and follow-up appointments for psychiatric patients
Confirm insurance details and patient intake requirements
Track and verify daily attendance and follow-up no-shows
Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text in both English and Spanish
Document notes accurately in the EMR and communicate with the provider's team
Provide empathetic, timely, and culturally appropriate support to patients
Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal privacy protocols
Coordinate with team leads on outstanding administrative follow-ups

Hard Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting)
Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, Kareo, TherapyNotes, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented, proactive, and compassionate

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM Eastern Standard Time
