Job Description
We are looking for a
Neighbourhood Pre-Concept Planner
to assist in theearly-stage planning and conceptualization
of afuturistic residential community
. The ideal candidate will have experience inurban planning, community layout design, and architectural pre-concept development
. This role involvesworking closely with a designer
to map out the framework for asmart, sustainable, and future-forward neighborhood.
Responsibilities:
Develop
preliminary layouts and site plans
for a new residential community. Conductresearch on urban trends, zoning laws, and sustainability practices
. Assist invisualizing road networks, green spaces, and community amenities
. Work alongside anarchitectural designer
to translate ideas into early-stage 3D models or sketches. Providerecommendations on infrastructure planning, accessibility, and future adaptability
.Requirements:
Background in
urban planning, architecture, or civil engineering
. Experience incommunity or neighborhood planning
. Familiarity withCAD, GIS mapping, or architectural design software
. Understanding ofsmart city concepts and sustainable design
. Ability towork remotely
Compensation & Details:
Hourly Rate:
