As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll develop valuable business skills, gain real-world experience, and earn great pay--all while working in a supportive, growth-focused team. No experience needed--just energy, curiosity, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls/emails to prospective clients to introduce RICI's services Schedule appointments and qualify leads for the business development team Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups Work toward daily and weekly outreach goals Represent RICI with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications

Current university student (or recent graduate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Resilient, driven, and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
