About The Role:

As a Spanish speaking Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our continued success through:

• High-volume outbound prospecting and developing relationships with potential new clients.
• Re-engaging and reactivating existing customers with no recent account activity.
• Maintaining daily and weekly productivity goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Wage: $17.40 per hour, plus unlimited sales bonuses

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 1:00pm

Core Communications is a thriving contact centre featuring Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Control divisions servicing our global client base. This role offers a potential career path to become an Account Manager, where you can manage your own client base and earn lucrative sales commissions. Top Account Managers earn over six-figures annually!

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Spanish is a must.
• Outbound sales experience within a call centre environment is preferred.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to attain and exceed sales targets.
• Persuasive and competitive personality with an enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to treat each call as a new sales opportunity.
• Working knowledge of computer applications and the internet.
