Conduct outbound calls to prospective commercial clients (e.g., restaurants, offices, warehouses) to promote our pest control products and services. Engage with decision-makers to assess their pest control needs and present tailored solutions for issues like rodents, insects, and termites. Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads, schedule consultations, and follow up on prospects. Negotiate contracts and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new markets and expanding our commercial client base. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Stay informed about pest control industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in B2B or commercial services (pest control experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a focus on closing deals and exceeding targets. Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a 100% remote, commission-based role with flexible hours. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools is an advantage. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
