  • Aggressively erode our competitor\'s Market Share by signing up new partners to sell Global Payments.
  • Manage external Independent Contractors and Partnerships.
  • Crush all monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively with a goal oriented mindset.
  • Build a high caliber pipeline, prospect and generate net new partnership opportunities.
  • Use existing network and resources to find new opportunities and partnerships
  • Teach, coach and develop partners to present, promote and sell Global Payments and extract net new merchant accounts.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the sales enablement process for new partners and optimize operational performance by ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Effectively document and communicate the progress and challenges of each initiative to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Establish a business analysis report with lessons learned, highlighting gaps and opportunities to better define sales enablement best practices.
  • Establish and attend meetings with sales teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
  • Communicates and shares information with candor that builds trust and enhances relationships.
  • Ensure recruitment, training, staffing levels, career pathing, performance management, including rewards and recognition, are appropriate for evolving business needs.
  • Make timely and sound decisions as business priorities shift, to ensure all initiatives are successfully completed within implementation timelines.
  • Analyze and problem solve by systematically gathering relevant information and consider a broad range of issues, factors and data, where multiple answers exist.
  • Prepare personnel performance reviews by tracking and documenting goals, achievements, and/or areas for improvement.
  • Handle escalations that require leader intervention in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with the team Director, keeping management informed of impacts to targets.
  • Conduct coaching opportunities where necessary; follow-up with supporting documentation to the Director to support performance reviews.
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
  • Extensive B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (preferred)
  • Payment industry experience will be considered a strong asset
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and exhibits a strong commitment to achieving goals
