About the role We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Unit Claims Manager to join our Customer Service Center!

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:

  • Direct and coordinate a team of adjusters in the course of processing claims, in order to achieve organizational objectives in terms of commitment, management of excess costs, efficiency and customer service
  • Contribute to the achievement of corporate and regional objectives by measuring team performance, providing timely and ongoing coaching, ensuring quality of claims handling, level of compliance with standards, procedures and productivity
  • Help to manage team processes, procedures and efficiencies by organizing, planning and controlling the optimal use of internal, financial and material resources according to the budget, while promoting teamwork and guiding the team\xe2\x80\x99s technical training
  • Participate in the improvement of operational processes
  • Make decisions for his/her team regarding the processing of claims and the payment of indemnities in accordance with company standards
  • Promote the brand image and business principles to partners

What you bring to the table:
  • At least 3 years experience in claims handling or 1 year leadership experience
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge
  • Have a strong sense of personal responsibility
