Our Underwriting Managers customize solutions for our commercial clients as well as lead and develop a team of underwriters. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk.

They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our brokers \xe2\x80\x93 this means emails and phone calls don\xe2\x80\x99t go unanswered, and in-person broker meetings are regularly penned into their calendars. They also pay attention to the smallest of details and work closely with our Actuarial and Claims Departments.

Coaching & Mentoring

You have:

7 years of Commercial Underwriting experience

Experience leading or mentoring a team

Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations

Strong customer service background
