Our program reflects the diversity of the field which we see as a source of intellectual excitement and strength.Your opportunity:Under the general direction of the Department Manager and the day-to-day supervision of the Undergraduate and Graduate Administrators, the incumbent provides administrative support for the Undergraduate and Graduate Offices.Undergraduate Office duties include: responding to student inquiries; assisting with administration of undergraduate programs including coordinating field courses, awards, student listservs and room allocations; assisting in updating information on undergraduate program web pages; assisting at recruitment events; assisting with general administrative duties, and assisting with special projects.Graduate Office duties include: providing information regarding thegraduate program; sending out information to students and faculty; assisting with graduate admission application processing; setting up graduate exams; administering graduate scholarships and awards; assisting at recruitment events; general administrative duties including preparing letters, forms, spreadsheets, posting information, obtaining signatures, and filing.Your responsibilities will include:
