Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Integration Architect/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of integration architecture, middleware technologies, and API management, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.

In this role you will

Develop and maintain the high-level architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that facilitates seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Establish governance frameworks to oversee integration processes, ensuring alignment to standard methodologies and organizational policies. Plan and implement the upgrade of UKG APIs, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to existing integrations. Oversee API management processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access to integration endpoints.

What you will need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in integration architecture and engineering, particularly with UKG and Oracle HCM

Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms. Familiarity with API design and management, data mapping, and transformation techniques. Knowledge of data compliance regulations and security standard processes. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams
