Job Overview



We are recruiting a highly organized Turnover Coordinator / Quality Administrator to join our team on a project in Foster Creek, AB. This is a camp-based position and operates on a 14/7 rotation schedule.



This role is essential in ensuring the seamless coordination of project documentation and quality control processes, particularly during project turnover phases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be proactive in identifying discrepancies, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project turnover documentation to clients, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, quality inspectors, and clients to gather necessary turnover documentation and address any discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain and update turnover schedules to ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Review and manage weld logs, ensuring all welding activities are properly documented and compliant with industry standards.
• Conduct thorough reviews of quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Support quality audits by preparing documentation, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with project and regulatory standards.
• Utilize Bluebeam for reviewing, marking up, and managing project drawings and documentation.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of all quality and turnover documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular status reports on turnover progress and quality metrics to management.
• Act as a liaison between the quality team, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate documentation and assisting in the resolution of quality issues.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on turnover documentation and quality processes.


Requirements


• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or industrial sector.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for document management and markup.
• Experience with weld log management, reviewing quality reports, and turnover documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
