Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess aptitude and experience in various aspects of manufacturing and construction. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to assist in the production and assembly of products. The Labourer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including power tools and saws. Assist in assembly tasks, ensuring that products are built to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools for construction projects and repairs. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues. Participate in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.

Requirements

Proven knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing or construction environments. Forklift certification is a plus. Experience in assembly, and using hand tools effectively. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently. Capability to operate heavy equipment as needed for specific tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
