Goulding's Wholesale is seeking a reliable and motivated
Truck Driver
to join our distribution team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in excellent customer service, and values being home every night.Responsibilities
Safely operate company delivery trucks to transport products to customers in Central Newfoundland and the Avalon Peninsula. Load and unload goods--may include manual handling of boxes up to 50 lbs. Verify deliveries against invoices and ensure accuracy at each stop. Provide friendly, professional service to customers and represent Goulding's in a positive manner. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle. Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams regarding schedules, delivery changes, or issues. Follow all safety and traffic regulations. Complete delivery logs and basic paperwork at end of shift.
Qualifications
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
with clean driver's abstract. Physically able to handle repetitive lifting and movement of product (up to 50 lbs). Strong time management and communication skills. Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork. Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
