Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions Address customers' complaints or concerns Professionalism in customer service Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy Drive lighter, special purpose trucks Load and unload goods Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
