Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team at Triple M Transport in the Fraser Valley. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality aggregate materials while ensuring safety and efficiency in every operation.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of trucks including tandem axle dump trucks, truck and pony units, and transfer trailer equipped trucks. Ensure safe loading, transportation, and unloading of materials. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and adhere to routes as planned. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any issues encountered. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
Proven experience as a truck driver with a strong understanding of road safety regulations. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. Experience with various truck types such as flatbed, tanker, or refrigerated trailers is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Ability to handle physical demands of loading and unloading materials. Familiarity with local routes in the Fraser Valley area is an asset.
