Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and tree care, coupled with the ability to work safely at heights. This role involves climbing trees to perform various tasks, including pruning, removal, and maintenance, using specialized equipment such as merlo roto grapplesaw. Arborist certification and DZ license and asset.

Responsibilities

Climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing gear to perform pruning and removal and work in conjunction with 100' grapplesaw. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tree climbing. Familiarity with rigging techniques and safety climbing practices is essential. Ability to work at heights safely and confidently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Good physical fitness level to handle the demands of the job. Willingness to learn new skills related to tree care and maintenance.
