Pine Valley Tree Service is a local, family owned and operated company in Kamloops, and Okanogan area, who is looking for someone with experience in the tree service industry, to fill a position for years to come.

The following would be preferred

:

- CUA Certification or years of experience in residential climbing/bucket work

- Looking for a person with vast experience and certifications in the tree industry to climb trees and run a bucket truck and chipper to do residential and commercial tree work, removal and maintenance of trees.

- If possible, certifications which would help our business would be, certified utility arborist, certified arborist, certified BC faller, with all tickets held being valid and up to date.

- Airbrakes, with class 5 or class 3 license

- Extensive chainsaw experience

- Chipper use and care

- Experience of the following if possible, of climbing and rigging trees, hedge trimming, fruit tree pruning, tree falling. Running a 60-70ft bucket truck to trim and remove trees out of, including maintenance of running the bucket truck

- This job contains hard physical labour, applicant should be someone strong, in good shape, who lives an active lifestyle as well one that can handle working long fast paced hours. Also be able to work along well with others of crew sizes ranging from 4 to 6 man crews on a daily basis, in the Kamloops and surrounding areas.

- Ages preferred would be between 18-50

- This job requires someone that has no alcohol or substance abuse problems whatsoever

- Applicants must have their own current class 5 driver's licence along with an up to date driver's abstract, also their own transportation to and from work.

- We are looking a mature, clean cut, responsible and respectful employee, who will enjoy dealing with, and helping grow our customer base relations.

The rate of pay ranges from at $39.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
