Job Description

Treasury/Investment Analyst - 180 Kent Street, Ottawa Ontario (Hybrid) (BRIDGEGREEN) Reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance, this individual will be responsible for the financial reporting of the various holding and umbrella companies and ensuring accurate and timely completion of required financial reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review of monthly budgeting and cashflow needs for various shareholders. Coordinate funding process.
• Prepare and maintain loan schedules on a monthly basis.
• Prepare quarterly liquidity reports for shareholders.
• Develop relationship with portfolio managers and monitor quarterly investment performance.
• Prepare reporting documents for quarterly Investment Committee meetings.
• Participate in quarterly Investment Committee meeting discussions and prepare minutes.
• Prepare semi-annual reporting for private company investments
• Prepare annual net worth statements for shareholders.
• Prepare and maintain long-term forecasts for cash flow, net worth, and estate liquidity for all shareholders.
• Assist in Treasury functions as required
• Participating in special projects as required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• 5+ years relevant experience and/or University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or Commerce.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with both senior internal and external contacts, including regular interaction with company shareholders.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a timely manner and work towards long-term deadlines.
• Ability to maintain the utmost level of confidentiality due to regular exposure to sensitive and private information.
