Responsibilities Cash Management
  • Supervises the execution of all aspects of cash Management operating strategies
  • Supervises operational bank accounts, bank mandates and e-banking access, lead all RFP/RFI initiatives for new markets
  • Establishes and maintains efficient Cash Management structures
  • Oversight and management of domestic and international banking relationships for cash and treasury management services, continuing to drive toward receipt of outstanding products and services
  • Manages appropriate banking compensation through the analyzes of bank fees and banking activity to ensure optimal pricing
  • Educates and trains relevant business partners on Treasury related matters
Liquidity Planning and Investments
  • Develops and manages Cash flow forecasting process, report and scorecard
  • Evaluates and develops outstanding liquidity management strategy and process using existing or new IT infrastructure/program
  • Maximizes return and minimize risk of excess liquidity through the development of appropriate investment vehicles and periodic repatriations
  • Supervises the appropriate allocation of investment portfolio and compliance analysis
  • Supports required internal and external investment schedules and reports
Corporate Finance
  • Manages Intercompany financing via optimum funding solution (Debt/ Equity/ Dividend/Hybrid solution)
  • Manages Intercompany loan portfolio
  • Maintains Legal Entity Management SharePoint site/TMS
  • Manages monthly Intercompany Netting
  • Manages and facilitates the issuance of Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Letter of Comfort, Bond, Parental Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Cash Security and etc.
Capital Markets
  • Manages execution of equity and debt transactions
  • Collaborates with other corporate functions in the areas that affect capital structure
  • Supports development of FX netting strategies, supports back office in trade confirmation and accounting
Additional Responsibilities
  • Management and oversight of the Department\xe2\x80\x99s Treasury Workstation to achieve optimum operational efficiency and scalability
  • Assessment and the implementation of the latest/ best-in-class Treasury technologies \xe2\x80\x93 focusing on the automation, AI, RPA and digital transformation
  • Management of Treasury compliances in the area of Sox control and audit management
  • Manages M&A treasury due diligence and integration project management on Treasury function
  • Business partnering with management team and across functions
Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience preferred
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • CFA , CTP certification preferred
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
  • San Francisco (CA) Bay Area: $128,000 to $211,000
  • California (Non-SF Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $119,000 to $196,00
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
