Operating in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, this position demands a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity with banking accesses and audit reporting. The Analyst represents HRM in a professional manner and provides exceptional customer service to all taxpayers, residents and other external clients such as law firms and financial institutions. The treasury team receives an average of 9,000 telephone and email requests annually, thus the Analyst must be highly organized, possess the ability to multi-task, have a customer service focus and be able to handle stress and tight deadlines. The Analyst is an agent of change to ensure best practices are implemented and overall compliance with established internal cash control procedures are achieved at HRM by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
