About the Opportunity
Cash & Liquidity Management (50%):

• Compile, review and forecast daily cash positions and daily cash requirements of the global operations ensuring all necessary funding is achieved in a timely manner
• Monitor and respond to day-to-day banking service requests, investigations, ad hoc internal stakeholder requests, etc.
• Analyzing historical daily liquidity trends to develop predictive modelling in support of the 12-week cashflow forecast process
• Processing Transfer Pricing, reviewing intercompany cash balances and how this can impact entity level cash balances
• Maintaining and tracking movement of global funds including the management of multi-currency notional pooling system

Administration and Controls (50%):

• Opening bank accounts related to new securitization facility and assisting in associated collections and disbursements projects
• Lead role in a project to update our Directors & Officers with our banking partners due to the pending merger
• Ensure internal controls (SOX) procedures are adhered to
• Assist in the management of banking related costs and consolidation of banking services, bank accounts and online bank administration
• Ensure process & procedures documentation is maintained and current

Other:

• Working with other functional areas to drive working capital management efficiencies and improvements to the forecast process
• Assist in preparing month-end and quarter-end management reporting and analysis, e.g. bank fees
• Ensure interest rates updates are completed on a monthly basis
• Support process improvement projects as required
• Participate in ongoing financing and refinancing activities as required

About You

• Accounting and/or CTP designated (or near completion)
• 3+ years of Treasury experience in a multinational global organization
• Experience with day-to-day management of a securitization facility is ideal but not necessary

Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000/year
