We\'re looking for a dedicated, conscientious Travel Consultant to work full-time assisting our team with trip planning and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing client travel needs, creating itineraries, arranging travel accommodations, and coordinating various aspects of international travel. We\'re seeking an individual with excellent communication skills who is detail-oriented, has an acute attention to detail, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for travel. No relevant work experience is required. Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and emails in a timely, courteous and professional manner
  • Process and complete bookings with accuracy and detail
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel plans.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office
Language:
  • Chinese (required)
Work Location: One location Expected start date: 2023-04-01
