Our travel agency is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Travel Consultant is to assist customers with reservations, trip planning, flight sales, insurance and travel packages. The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the travel industry, strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities:
Accurately describe trips to potential clients.
Sell trips to clients for a commission.
Have good rapport with customers.
Maintain an updated knowledge of the latest travel destinations.
Plan group excursions and destinations.
