Description:
You will be responsible for ensuring travel planning for site employees. This includes administrative tasks and communications related to information transfers between parties. Responsibilities:
Processing flight and hotel requests (new requests, modifications, cancellations) and transmitting information and instructions to employees before their departure;
Informing employees of any changes to flight schedules and rotations;
Keeping a log of travelers updated with the most recent information;
Any other related task requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.);
Ability to communicate in French and English, both verbally and in writing;
Ability to work under pressure;
Analytical and judgment skills;
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills;
Good priority management, organizational skills, methodical, and structured mindset.
