Who we are: Travel Insurance brokerage in business for over 30 years providing a wide range of health insurance products to meet the specific needs of all our clients. We have had steady growth year after year due to referrals from satisfied customers. Responsibilities:
- Respond to quote requests via telephone, email and in person
- Ask questions to determine the best plan for the customer\'s needs
- process updates and changes to existing policies
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products, policies and procedures
- Assist clients with claims issues
- Maintain licensing requirements
- Provide quality customer service
- Previous experience in Travel Insurance sales
- Current A&S license
- Strong multi-tasking & problem- solving skills
- Internet familiarity
- Able to effectively analyze quote details and provide the best options to clients with a high level of customer service
- Strong knowledge of policy wordings & medical questionnaires
- Casual dress
- On-site parking
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Bonus pay
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- A&S license (preferred)
