Respond to quote requests via telephone, email and in person
Ask questions to determine the best plan for the customer\'s needs
process updates and changes to existing policies
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, policies and procedures
Assist clients with claims issues
Maintain licensing requirements
Provide quality customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Travel Insurance sales
Current A&S license
Strong multi-tasking & problem- solving skills
Internet familiarity
Able to effectively analyze quote details and provide the best options to clients with a high level of customer service
Strong knowledge of policy wordings & medical questionnaires
