Our client, a B2B group travel leader, is hiring a Bilingual Travel Coordinator to join their high-performing team. In this role, you will build travel packages/sales proposals for prospective group travel.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:

- Contact customers to confirm the request\'s reception and specify their needs
- Prepare sales proposals (Develop travel itineraries, research, and verify information on different suppliers and tourist products, create itineraries, calculate quotations using our systems, and ensure the accuracy of all data)
- Send sales proposals to clients
- Follow up on sales proposals and document the results (follow-up, completed sale, cancellation)
- Create and complete the files
- Adjust programs and quotations if needed during the sales and operations process

Qualification and Skills Required:

- Degree/ College diploma in travel and tourism or equivalent related experience
- Must have at least 1-2 years of sales coordinator or consultant experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Ability to multi-task efficiently working with various projects on a daily basis
- Ability to plan, organize; set priorities and manage processes
- Must be bilingual in either French, Spanish, or Portuguese and English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong MS Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and make decisions
- Problem-solving and good judgment/decision-making skills
