Duties

- Assist clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements such as accommodations, tours, and transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Offer recommendations and advice on travel destinations, activities, and attractions
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes in travel plans efficiently
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and travel restrictions
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients

Qualifications

- Native level Japanese language skill
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of travel destinations in Japan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel booking platforms
