Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services accurately and efficiently Assist clients with visa requirements, travel insurance, and documentation processes Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings in the company database Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the client's travel experience Stay informed about current travel trends, promotions, and destination information Follow up with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industries; hotel or travel agency experience is highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations worldwide Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in booking software or reservation systems is a plus Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends
