We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in sales and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the hospitality industry, providing personalized travel solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements over the phone or in person. Book flights, hotels or packages Provide detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed and accurate Assist clients with travel documentation such as visas and passports Address client inquiries promptly and resolve any issues that arise during the planning process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and destination information Promote additional services such as travel insurance or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction Maintain the company image by providing exceptional service to clients in difficult situations.

Experience

Prior experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel industry is preferred Experience in hotel booking and packages will be advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in booking procedures. Familiarity with booking software and reservation systems like Amadeus, Galileo or sabre(any one of them) is must. Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
