Designers create life-enriching travel experiences for a discerning global clientele, curated with the utmost attention to detail. This is a Jr. Sales Agent role with opportunity to sell and support other sales agents while you learn about our suppliers and corporate processes.

This is a hybrid role, working within our Bespoke team for a leading with a focus on developing and growing the cruise business.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the fully customized itinerary planning process by conceptualizing and executing unique travel itineraries. Maximize every sales opportunity presented as a chance to develop lifelong relationships, and curate unique, enriching experiences. Convert leads received by email, phone or through public engagement; managing the sales funnel from inquiry to post-trip. Successfully advise and upsell client travel plans with unique and relevant experiences Leverage persuasive communication skills to create excitement about travel plans. Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of clients and foster personal relationships. Accurately qualify clients to understand their personal/unique requirements and effectively advise on specialist itineraries and opportunities. Keep in touch with product developments to remain a true country/location specialist. Successfully negotiate, persuade, and handle price objections and client concerns. Provide guidance to support staff regarding research, detailed client proposals, coordinating, and securing travel arrangements. Work with suppliers and partners to make arrangements for transportation, lodging, transfers, tours, flights, travel insurance, and other travel services. Using problem solving and a positive and professional attitude, work with clients and support to make changes or cancellations to scheduled or planned travel. Use the CRM to track client and experience package information, taking opportunities to promote appropriate experiences to clients based on interests. Using personal experience, corporate information, and sales techniques, sell any new products or opportunities that have been crafted by you or the company. Provide customers with all relevant information and documentation regarding foreign country regulations. Examples include Customs or VISA requirements. Bringing forward any new product, supplier relationship, or corporate initiative you may see as a new trend or corporate opportunity. Collect payments from customers and liaise with accounting as necessary. Other duties as required.
This role is paid commission
