Responsibilities: Vos responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:
  • Fournir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de premier niveau concernant les demandes de renseignements sur les produits, les comptes, l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation et les applications
  • Construire et entretenir des relations clients positives en proposant des solutions personnalis\xc3\xa9es et s\'assurer que les demandes sont trait\xc3\xa9es de mani\xc3\xa8re appropri\xc3\xa9e en se coordonnant avec diverses fonctions au sein de l\'entreprise. Planifier les appels de service et faire le suivi avec les clients / clients
  • D\xc3\xa9panner et r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes techniques \xc3\xa0 l\'aide d\'outils et de proc\xc3\xa9dures de diagnostic \xc3\xa9tablis. Escalade les probl\xc3\xa8mes des clients selon les besoins.
  • Responsable de la saisie pr\xc3\xa9cise des donn\xc3\xa9es en utilisant les applications prescrites.

  • Provide first level customer service regarding inquireies about product / account / usage and applications
  • Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company. Schedule service calls and follow up with customers/clients
  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures. Escalates customer issues as required.
  • Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications
