We are looking for a Transportation Logistics Coordinator who enjoys interacting with others and following procedures.
A typical day:
- Coordinating outbound transportation through 3rd party transportation companies.
- Creating purchase orders.
- Submitting paperwork to accounting.
- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders.
- Providing updates to co-workers.
- Follow-up on outstanding issues.
- 1-2 years of experience
- Willingness to learn.
- Comfortable dealing with all levels of an organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
