The Role





The Saskatoon transit warehouse is responsible for safely and efficiently verifying and distributing materials to locations in Northern Saskatchewan. In this role, you will follow established work procedures and instructions to receive and process freight, prepare and load trailers, as well as process return items from northern sites.


In this role, you will:



Load, sort, and unload goods moving through the transit warehouse both manually and by using a forklift. Ensure TDG-regulated materials are properly handled. Match materials to purchase orders and enter data using a computer and handheld device. Prepare and complete required documentation. Complete inspections and report non-conformance. Provide on-call weekend coverage when required.


Required:




Grade 12 education or equivalent Two to five years of industrial warehousing experience Previous data entry and word processing experience



Recommended:




SAP materials management experience Transportation of dangerous goods (TDG) classes 2-9 Forklift operator certification
