Responsibilities/Qualifications:

The

Transformation Project Manager

is responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives as defined by the senior leadership team. This role plays a critical part in driving organizational change, improving operational efficiency, and achieving cost savings, revenue growth, and technical debt reduction. The Transformation Project Manager will work cross-functionally with business, tech leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for transformation initiatives Collaborate with executive leaders to define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resources Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiencies and cost savings Partner with technology teams to reduce technical debt and support modernization efforts Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and communications for project success Monitor and report on key performance indicators and project health to leadership Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and deliver measurable value

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field PMP and/or PMI certifications strongly preferred

Experience:

5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation or strategic projects Strong background in process improvement, change management, and/or operational excellence Demonstrated success delivering projects that drive cost savings, efficiencies, or revenue impact Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization Comfortable working with ambiguity and influencing without direct authority Adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
