& Summary A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.

Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone

Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively

Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

Contribute technical knowledge, analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations

Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations

Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm\'s/client\'s expectations

Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making

Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients

Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties

Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points

Uphold the firm\'s code of ethics and business conduct

Experiences and skill you\xe2\x80\x99ll use to solve

Demonstrated experience working in Transfer Pricing as Manager or above with experience in related party financial transactions

MBA, MA or advanced degree in Economics, Tax, Finance of Business Administration is an asset

CPA (CA, CMA or CGA) or other accounting designation is an asset

Strong research, writing and quantitative analytical skills with an emphasis on writing skills

Ability to think creatively - you like the challenge of solving complex problems and determining innovative solutions

Ability to identify tax consulting opportunities

Willingness to market services to existing and prospective clients

High motivation and interest in taking initiative in your personal growth and development; and ability to manage, develop and retain a team of tax professionals

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
