About the Opportunity:

This role is essential in driving the competency of our partners and employees through engaging training programs that resonate with our companys mission to make work mean more. You will support the development of our partner enablement initiatives such as crafting a robust platform certification course and ensuring an enriching onboarding experience for new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs focused on partner enablement to enabling partners to effectively use and evangelize our platform.

• Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive platform certification course to standardize proficiency and bolster the adoption of CarltonOne Engagements offerings.

• Facilitate partner and employee training sessions, workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules, utilizing CarltonOne Engagements rich suite of tools including AI-driven personalized experiences and mobile learning applications.

• Lead the new hire onboarding process, including creating orientation materials that integrate CarltonOne Engagements core values and operational practices.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Product teams, to ensure training materials are up to date with the latest platform features and sales strategies.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions, leveraging analytics to inform continuous improvement and alignment with CarltonOne Engagement's strategic goals.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in training and development, introducing innovative ideas to enhance the learning experience.

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a training role for a technology company

• Proven experience in training and development within a SaaS or PaaS environment, specifically with partner enablement and platform certification programs.

• Experience in instructional design, particularly in e-commerce and engagement platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a global audience.

• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, virtual training tools, and content creation platforms.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a diverse group of stakeholders.
