We are looking for a Training Specialist for our Dealership Solutions Division to setup, train and support out Bedliner, PPF & Detail business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team with significant growth potential!

Open to candidates with PPF and/or Spray in Bedliner experience, we can train you to train if you only have experience in one.

Experience with Automotive Dealerships - Especially in Fixed Operations including Parts, Service & Detail

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Spray-in Bedliner, XPEL PPF, and Detailing, offering beginner, advanced, and product-specific instruction to meet varying skill levels.

Utilize mechanical expertise and hand tools to demonstrate proper application methods, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices for product use.

Provide ongoing support for customers, assisting with technical challenges, troubleshooting automotive repair issues, and refining application techniques.

Regularly follow up with customers to ensure successful product application, address concerns, and offer additional training or support as needed.

Collaborate with outside sales representatives to enhance product knowledge, provide technical demonstrations, and support customer presentations.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during both classroom and hands-on training sessions.

Evaluate trainee performance, offering constructive feedback and tailored recommendations to improve their skills and efficiency.

Requirements

4+ years of Installation Experience in Bedliner and/or PPF and in Detailing Cars

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments and personalities.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
