Job Summary: 
 The Training Specialist will support sandbox data preparation and environment setup for training and testing purposes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O. This role involves creating role-based test case data, structuring a SharePoint-based knowledge repository, developing technical documentation, and coordinating with project team members. 
 Location: Ontario, Canada, 
Responsibilities: 
 - Support sandbox data preparation and environment setup for training and testing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
 - Create role-based test case data, assignments, and simulation scripts aligned with business processes and test scenarios.
 - Structure and maintain a SharePoint-based knowledge repository, including subpages, metadata, web parts, and layout.
 - Develop technical documentation, assignment steps, and knowledge articles from system test cases, workflows, or process maps.
 - Apply inclusive, plain language, user-centered design standards to all structured documentation and SharePoint content.
 - Coordinate with training designers, developers, and project team members to ensure readiness of sandbox environments and digital assets. 
 Required Skills & Certifications: 
 - Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) environments (or related CRM systems) particularly in a testing, data configuration, or sandbox context.
 - Experience with SharePoint teams sites for organizing, structuring, and publishing digital content.
 - Strong practical knowledge of creating and manipulating system data to support training simulations or testing use cases.
 - Familiarity with documenting and organizing technical information, user guides, or system content that supports end-user learning.
 - Detail-oriented with a structured approach to system task breakdowns and assignment creation. 
 Preferred Skills & Certifications: 
 - Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or F&O environments, with a focus on test data entry, role simulation, and system validation.
 - Demonstrated ability to interpret and transform technical documentation, business processes, and system workflows into structured training-aligned content.
 - Proficiency in SharePoint Online site creation, page structuring, and web part configuration for training content delivery.
 - Strong analytical skills for designing, reviewing, and preparing assignment data and testing logic.
 - Knowledge of content tagging, organization, and user navigation best practices in internal learning repositories.
 - Familiarity with plain language and AODA accessibility standards for digital and written content.
