Training Specialist - Allan, Saskatchewan, Canada

The Training Specialist will report to the Training Manager.

What you will do:

- Provide support to the Training Department

- Assist in the development and creation of new training materials, programs, modules

- Maintain and update records and files, and provide administrative support

- Coordinate, schedule and deliver training

- Prepare new hire orientation packages

- Aid in the training and development of employees through the use of the Learning Management System and Learning Content Management Systems

What you will bring:

- A degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Education, HR or other related field

- 2 - 4 years of experience in a training environment is an asset

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Experience using a Learning Management System is an asset

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrate positive safety behaviour and safety leadership

- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
