Their provision of high quality, empowering education delivery, grounded in their knowledge of adult learning, clinical expertise and/or health education experience, educational planning, design and delivery, and education evaluation will ensure that users of the new clinical information system will meet user competency targets and will be safe and efficient users of the system.The OPOR Training Lead, Education & Learning will be responsible for the delivery and evaluation of education and training resources to users of the OPOR information system. The OPOR Training Lead, Education & Learning delivers in class training across the province according to the phased Go Live schedule, tracks user training completion against registration lists, and reports formative and summative evaluations. The OPOR Training Lead, Education & Learning may deliver training for multiple types of users, such as nurses, clerks, lab personnel, etc.Evaluation of user competency will also be an important component of the scope of work and activities.The OPOR Training Lead, Education & Learning will be required to complete the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program provided by the vendor as well as participate in various OPOR program activities that will support the trainers\' knowledge of the OPOR system.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
