The Manager is responsible for driving effective communication strategies and leading organizational change management initiatives to support successful clinical adoption and transformation.Working collaboratively with management, staff, physicians, community partners, and service providers, the Manager applies strategic thinking and analytical expertise to overcome challenges, ensuring sustained and meaningful use of technology, including CIS, to enhance clinical best practices and deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care.
