Genesis Hospitality Management is looking to expand the training department by adding a Training Facilitator. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, this position provides training and developmental support for managers and employees at all Genesis hotel locations. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills while being comfortable with presenting to and interacting with employees. Applicants need to have a flexible schedule due to the frequent travel required.

You will gain a full working knowledge of the Genesis Hospitality culture and standards. As well as the brand standards for Marriott, Hilton, Choice & Hyatt. Best practices for coaching, employee development and creating & leading training sessions.
Position Summary:
Through the guidanceof the Training & Employee Development Manager, the Training Facilitator will create and maintain training material for presenting in live classroom sessions and online modules. They will promote and coach company standards, policies and procedures. Build rapport with management while encouraging a positive work environment and teamwork. Remain up to date on health & safety standards. Assist in the launch of new operational initiatives. Provide regular reporting and feedback. Motivate and encourage employee growth and performance.
