Position: Training Coordinator - Government Clients
Location: Dorval - 1 day remote
Salary: $50K to $55K per year
Job Type: Full-time permanentWe\'re searching for a Training Coordinator to assist our client in the government and safety sector. In this role, you will coordinate and provide administrative support to training programs.
You will be in charge of communicating with the training managers, this will be 50% administration support and 50% communication over the phone and in person, to coordinate training and data entry in the system. Perks: - Full benefits 100% paid by employer after three months

- Working 1-2 days remote after training
Role Overview: - Manage archives, entering data in the system
- Schedule training in the system
- Enter information in the system and make sure it\'s up to date
- Create reports and provide support to training managers
- Execute other related administrative support tasks Qualifications: - Excellent administration skills, working with systems, paperwork and archives
- Strong French skills to support customers across Canada
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
