Project: nCINO / Salesforce program - a credit adjudication transformational project impacting the Canadian Banking department. The contractor will be developing and delivering training content for this program.

Typical Day in Role:
Ensures change initiatives meet project objectives on time.
Provides hands-on support on implementing specific program strategy and plan activities that support the broader vision for the program to increase employee training and adoption.
Supports training work streams within larger projects associated with Canadian Banking priority
Provides inputs, manages and delivers a documentation and training plan outlining activities and tasks
Develops documentation and training materials to support employee training and support activities
Supports the coordination and delivery of training materials to Business Banking employees
Supports the management and coordination of milestone groups to understand pain points, develop and produce analysis, and develop solutions.
Establishes personal engagement agreement with business sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s); facilitates shared meaning and commitment to goals.
Provides input in the articulation of the training, documentation, and communications into the Change Plan
Supports definition of change plan milestones and deliverables and manages assignments to completion.
Supports the deployment of change activities, tools, and communications to drive adoption of new behaviors.
Supports accomplishment of overall project outcomes and ensures achievement of benefits.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
4+ years' demonstrated experience training and developing content
3-4+ yeas' experience working on Change Management initiatives, and demonstrating an understanding of culture change
Demonstrated experience with Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360 - intermediate skills: ability to develop training content and interactive modules
Proficient technical skills with MS Suite: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
Nice-To-Have Skills:
nCino Experience
Experience working in AGILE environment and practices
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and facilitation.)
Good process and task analysis skills
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, MIS, operations, or related field.
Adkar Certification an asset
Best VS. Average Candidate:
Has experience building and delivering training content on emerging technologies within commercial banking, has worked on change management initiatives; is self-starter, independent type who can take initiative with minimal supervision.
