Why is this role important: Reporting to the Media Manager, the Traffic Coordinator/social media buyer will assist in the support and execution of Internal Brands and External clients. This position is ideal for applicants who are organized, detail oriented, and have a keen interest in digital marketing. As part of the Ad Ops team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining advertising campaigns, overseeing social and programmatic advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance and working closely with internal departments. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
Responsible for day-to-day campaign trafficking using Campaign Manager 360
Perform QA on display, video & rich media assets, ensuring all campaign creatives are within ad specs required by publishers/platforms
Troubleshoot any issues relating to the campaign (from creative to delivery) in multiple ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, DV360)
Must know how to set up campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest
Fulfil Ad-hoc tasks requested by the team
Work closely with internal departments
What you bring:
1-2 years local market experience in ad operations with hands on trafficking experience with 3rd party ad servers is a must (CM360 specifically)
Programmatic media buying (DV360) and paid social experience (Meta, TikTok) is an asset
Exceptional attention to details and willingness to take ownership of your projects and see it through to completion
Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressure
A team player who\xe2\x80\x99s able to effectively work/communicate in a team environment, and has a positive outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advertising or Marketing Communications Certificate or Diploma or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Excel; good overall skills with MS software
