Position Details:
Compensation:
Estimated at $80,000+ annually, based on a 10-month show schedule (December & May off)
Schedule:
Centered around weekends with a few 10-18 day shows throughout the year. Travel required for out-of-town shows across Canada (Ottawa, Alberta, etc.).
Objectives:
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth: Drive team performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
Execute company sales strategies: Implement sales initiatives that align with company objectives.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team: Motivate a results-oriented sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes skills development and a high level of accountability.
Inspire and motivate your team to hit their personal sales targets.
Foster a positive environment for your sales team to perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 6-8 sales reps.
Manage all customer service escalations during trade shows.
Coordinate team schedules and oversee daily trade show operations.
Perform booth setups and tear downs.
Track trade show inventory and daily sales.
Submit end of day reports.
Plan and coordinate out of town trade show operations.
Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Qualifications:
Reliable and accountable to execute all trade shows
Strong communication skills
Strong customer service and leadership skills

Ability to solve unexpected problems
Experiences:
2-3 years previous experience in a busy management role (e.g., retail manager, restaurant/bar manager)
Sales experience is a bonus but not required
